Obituary for Kenneth Duane "Kenny" Pritchard
Kenneth Duane “Kenny” Pritchard, 63, died Friday, November 18, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey.
Born March 13, 1959, in Sumter, he was a son of the late Claud Earl Pritchard and the late Sara Lee Pritchard. Kenny was an avid outdoorsman and devoted member of Riverside Hunting Club for 45 years. He was the co-owner of Pritchard Brothers Mechanical.
Survivors include two daughters, Kristy Pritchard Uhall (Bill) of Sumter and Desiree Pritchard Beard (Dargon) of Manning; five grandsons, Ethan Pritchard, Nicholas Marshall, Devin Fallaw, Dylan Fallaw, and Christopher Uhall; a brother, Dennis C. Pritchard (Sharri Blackwell) of Wedgefield; nieces and nephews, Tyler Braswell (Taylor), Brooke Braswell, Cody Pritchard, Heather Parker, and Cheryl Sizemore; and a great-niece, Sadie Braswell.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Ginger Pritchard Braswell.
A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Paul Goff officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Braswell, Ethan Pritchard, Nicholas Marshall, Cody Pritchard, Chris Richburg, and John Russell Timmons.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 P.M. Tuesday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home of his niece, Brooke Braswell, 90 Saresden Cove.
The family requests camouflage attire for viewing and services.
