Obituary for Melinda Davis
Melinda Davis, 57, died Friday, April 22, 2022, at her home.
Born May 19, 1964, in Spokane, WA, she was a daughter of Edith Tarun Campbell and the late Kenneth R. Campbell. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church of Pentecostal Faith.
Survivors include a daughter, Kayla Davis; her mother, Edith T. Campbell; siblings, Wanda Davis, Kenny Campbell, and Connie Chou; grandchildren, AaLiyah Hicks, Braxton Jones, and Stefan “Peanut” Batchelor; nephew, Alex Davis; and niece, Madison Davis.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jayden Bryce Hicks.
The family will receive friends at the home, 1754 Kolb Rd., Sumter.
