Born January 8, 1950, in Newport News, VA, he was the son of the late James Ostrowski and the late Ila Mae Marshall Ostrowski. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include two sisters, Patricia Egolf of Deltaville, VA and Faye Lawrence of Ithaca, NY.
Services will be private.
