Obituary for Deborah Reynolds Geddings
Deborah R. Geddings, 62, wife of George Geddings, died Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey.
Born June 16, 1959, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Harris Bethea Reynolds and the late Doris Parnell Reynolds. She was a member of Venture Church and was co-owner of Clear Ways, Inc. Debbie was a loving mother and Memaw. She was a friend to everyone.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years; two children, Kenny Clark (Connie) and Shanon Geddings all of Sumter; four grandchildren, Blake Clark (Mara) of Newport News, VA, Andrew Clark (Mia) of Sumter, Savanah Kopilchak of Lakeland, FL, and Bentley Geddings of Sumter; two great-grandchildren, Mia Clark and Everleigh Clark; and a special cousin, Sherrie Winburn (Simon) of Cassatt.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Reynolds and Jimmy Reynolds.
A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon Monday, September 6, 2021, at Venture Church with the Rev. Craig Bagwell officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. to 12 Noon Monday at Venture Church.
Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
