Obituary for Frances Irene Dillon
Frances Irene Dillon, 81, widow of Thomas L. Dillon, died Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Williamsburg Regional Hospital in Kingstree.
Born June 3, 1939, in Stafford County, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late John William “Sam” Howdershelt, and the late Rena Gladys Huffman Howdershelt. She was a member of VFW Post 3034 and Midland Retired Military Association.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Kelly Dillon Unger and her husband Ricky Unger; her daughter-in-law, Terry Dillon; two sisters, Lois Gilmer, and Brenda Johnson; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Dee Harold, and Phil Thompson; and her constant companion, Buddy.
She was preceded in death by a son Danny Lee Dillon.
