Obituary for Lula Mae "Lu" Wells (Pierce)
Lula Mae “Lu” Pierce Wells, 84, widow of Frank H. Wells, Sr., died Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at her home.
She was born September 17, 1936 in Hennessey, Oklahoma. She was a dedicated military wife serving faithfully be her husband during his career in the U.S. Air Force. Mrs. Wells was member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and crotchet work.
Survivors include two children, Frank H. Wells, Jr. of Benson, AZ, and Terry Wells (Ronnie Brown) of Sumter; and two grandsons, Dakota “Kody” Brown, and Ernie Seruya.
A private graveside service will be held in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
