Obituary for Phillip Todd Jackson

Phillip Todd Jackson, 57, husband of Elizabeth Kolb Jackson, died Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at his home.

Born, January 16, 1963, in Manning, he was a son of Joyce McCathern Jackson and the late Victor H. Jackson. Mr. Jackson was an Environmental Technician with Veolia Environmental Services.

Survivors, in addition to his wife of 23 years, include his mother of Sumter; five children, Rachel Jackson of Charleston, and Sean Jackson of Clemson, and Patrick Jackson, Rhiannon Lemon, and Daimen Polutta all of Sumter; one granddaughter, Alice Gardner; one brother, Victor A. “Tony” Jackson (Stacie) of Fredericksburg, VA; two nieces, Jennifer Jackson and Rebecca Jackson both of Fredericksburg; and a number of “Honorary” Jackson children.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Timothy Rutherford officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home, 2531 Jereco Road.
