Obituary for Barbara Ann Wright (Lane)
Barbara Ann Lane Wright, 59, wife of Robie D. Wright, died Sunday, December 15, 2019.
Born September 13, 1960, in Latta, she was a daughter of the late Billy Hubert Lane and the late Beatrice Jackson Lane. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church and was a shift manager at McDonalds.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years; two children, Robbie David Wright (Amber) and Brittany Wright both of Sumter; three grandchildren, Hailey Wright, Koy Wright, and Dayven McLeod; three sisters, Wanda Coker (Jerry) of Sumter, Dianna Driggers (William) of Lynchburg, and Jennifer Drezinski (Jason) of MT; a brother, Billy Lane (Tina) of Orangeburg; a number of nieces and nephews; special friends, Don and Annette Faltersack; lifelong friend, Clara Geddings Osteen; and fur babies, LoLo and Buddy.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 P.M. Friday at Concord Baptist Church with the Rev. Tim Clark and the Rev. Dr. Eugene Mosier officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home.
