Francis Elizabeth Crump Lee, 78, wife of Nigel J. Lee, died Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Prisma Health-Tuomey.
Born April 19, 1941, in Bonnieville, KY, she was a daughter of the late Jesse Crump and the late Mae Crump. She was a member of Faith Outreach Assembly Church. She was the Deli manager at the Piggly-Wiggly and retired after 35 years. She and her husband owned and operated Chappy’s Fish Chips on Wesmark Boulevard. She was very active in the P.T.A. with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years; three daughters, Annetta Gail Foulds (Tom) of San Antonio, TX, Carolyn Wilson Debosky of Sumter, and Connie Wilson Scurry (Junior) of Sumter; five grandchildren, Bryan Foulds, Kelly Foulds, Nickie Debosky, Daniel Bochette, and Andrew Bochette; three great-grandchildren, Dylan Foulds, Landon Foulds, and Emily Foulds; and a sister, Nadine Ray of KY.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Orine Cassle, Calvin Crump, Robert Crump, Jake Crump, and Audrey Crump.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Betty Gainey, the Rev. Margie Dancy, and the Rev. Tony Porter officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Friday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home, 373 Pack Rd.
