Debra Ann Wakefield Bailey, 59, wife of Randall “Randy” M. Bailey, died Friday, December 14, 2018 at Palmetto Health Tuomey.
Born July 28, 1959, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Bill Blaine and the late Emma Mae Scott Todd.
Survivors include her husband of 37 years; one daughter, Sonya Tidwell (John Ross) of Sumter; three grandchildren; and one aunt, Louise Geddings of Sumter.
Services will be private.
