Minnie Mae “Tudie” Weilage Comley, 99, widow of Eugene A. Comley, died Monday, May 21, 2018 at Morningside of Sumter.

Born May 23, 1918, in Louisville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Gustav F. Weilage and the late Augusta Franck Weilage. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and a former member of Sunset Country Club.

Survivors include her step-daughter, Judith Comley Ferrell of Sumter; three grandchildren, Dr. Andrew Stephen Ferrell (Brittany) of Knoxville, TN, Rebecca Lynne Ferrell of Sumter, and David Thomas Ferrell (Ryane) of Sumter; two great-grandsons, Morgan Ferrell and Jaxon Ferrell; two nieces, Shirley Waters (Tom), and Betty Lee Young; and many great and grandnieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2018, in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Banks officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at 12 Noon on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, in the Calvary Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
