Geraldine Floyd Edwards Yarborough, 66, widow of Henry Albert Yarborough, died Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at Tuomey Regional Medical Center.

Born in Williamsburg County, she was a daughter of the late Baker Floyd and the late Mary Mims Floyd. She attended Shiloh Pentecostal Holiness Church and Christian Tabernacle Church. She was a volunteer worker at Discount Flowers and Gifts.

Survivors include two children, Terry Edwards (Angie) of Sumter, and Jerry Edwards of Rembert; five step-children, Linda Gordley (Bill) of Georgetown, KY, Vivian Browder (Ricky), Mark Yarborough (Joan), Cale Yarborough (Sylvia), and Eric Yarborough (Frances) all of Sumter; 12 step-grandchildren; 27 step-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Julia Turner (Claude) of Sumter.

She was preceded in death by a son, Douglas Edwards; a step-son, Wayne Yarborough (Patsy); four brothers, B.T. Floyd, Ed Floyd, William Floyd, and Walter Floyd; and two sisters, Maybelle Floyd Stone and Mary Elizabeth Floyd.

Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Friday at Shiloh Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Bobby Driggers, the Rev. Bill Tschorn, and the Rev. Michael Bowman officiating. Burial will be in the Green Acres Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Stone, Joseph Parrott, Thomas Windham, Mark Yarborough, David Deforest, Matthew Goodwin, and Kevin Hodge.

The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. Friday at Shiloh Pentecostal Holiness Church and other times at the home, 5355 Christine Dr.
