Mary Lou McLean Achziger, 82, wife of Harvey Walter Achziger, Sr., passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at her home.

Born on June 23, 1935, in Charlotte, NC, she was the daughter of the late Harold Jack McLean, Sr. and the late Mary Roberts McLean. She retired as an owner and Office Manager from McLean Marine Inc. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 62 years; two children, Mary Katherine "Kaye" Achziger and Harvey Walter Achziger, Jr (Tammy); and one granddaughter, McLean Marie Achziger, all of Sumter.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Dan Barber officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home.
