Condolence: With a sad heart I leave these thoughts. Edward as I always knew him as a child and Charles as I knew him while working the Fire Service Career with him. Asst Chief Holland was the best. Others were good, but he was the best. There was never a time he spoke to another person without showing the respect they deserved as a person. But always made his points in his on firm way.
