Edward Warren Lynch, 65, husband of Elizabeth Hodge Lynch, died Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Palmetto Health Tuomey.
Born June 22, 1952, in Sumter, he was a son of the late James Oliver Lynch and the late Fozia Lee Lowder Lynch. He was a truck driver for Blue Ridge Transfer for many years and was currently employed by Glassco.
Survivors include his wife of Sumter; two children, David Lynch (Traci) and Angela Lynch Baker (Tim) all of Sumter; four grandchildren, Dustin Lynch, Taylor Lynch, Bailey Baker, and Neyland Baker; siblings, Raymond Lynch of Sumter, Betty Brewer of Manning, Shirley Boykin of Sumter, Pat Brendlen of Sumter, and Rosa Lee Sims of Butler, AL.
He was preceded in death by siblings, Frances Dorrell, Mary Brunson, Billy Lynch, Fred Lynch, Arthur Lynch, and Marie Lynch.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Saturday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home with the Rev. Al Sims officiating.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 P.M. Saturday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home.
