Sonia Denise West, 56, died Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at her home in Florence.

Born July 11, 1961 in England at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, she was the daughter of James R. “Bob” West and Doris E. West.

Survivors include her parents of Sumter; one son, Chris Reardon (Diana) of Sumter; one daughter, Jordan Korb (Bryce) of Sumter; four grandchildren, Cade Reardon, Finn Reardon, Delainey Korb, and Isabelle Korb; and one brother, Ritchie West (Kim) of Sumter. She had many nieces and nephews and so many other family members that she loved dearly.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Al Sims officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service on Sunday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home.
