Jordan Brooke Collins, 22, died Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at her home.
Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of Jackie Lloyd Burnish and the late Donnie E. Collins, Jr. She was a member of Sumter First Church of God.
Survivors include her mother and step-father, Robert Burnish of Sumter; three children, Hayden Collins, Devyn Atkinson and Ella Grace Atkinson; three brothers, Donnie E. Collins, III (Sabrina) and Hudson Collins (Amanda) both of Sumter, and Brandon Collins of Greenville; one sister, Erin Collins (Trayton Griffin) of Sumter; two step-brothers, Will Burnish and Robert Burnish both of Sumter; paternal grandmother, Miriam Collins of Sumter; paternal grandfather, Glenn Brown of Sumter; step-mother, Patti S. Collins of Sumter; a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and her special life-long friend, Jessica McLeod.
She was preceded in death by her father; paternal grandfather, Rev. Donnie E. Collins, Sr.; and maternal grandmother, Vivian M. Brown.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sumter First Church of God with the Rev Ron Bower and the Rev. Michael Bowman officiating. Burial will be in the Green Acres Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Sumter First Church of God and other times at the home.
